John Wakefield
President & Founder
John’s professional experience spans over 12 years of service in corporate and investment banking, wealth and investment management and strategic corporate development. In 2007, Mr. Wakefield joined the Lykes Bros.’ executive management team and is responsible for strategic corporate growth and business development initiatives. As a result of this strategic work, Mr. Wakefield planned, organized and launched ECO2ASSET SOLUTIONS for Lykes Bros.
John Ferrari, Jr. LEED AP, BD+C
Business Development
Possessing over 20 years of international management experience, John has lived and worked around the globe while holding executive roles at Nokia, LightPort, and DwellGreen.
John’s educational background includes the United States Air Force Academy, the University of Massachusetts, the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and Stetson University College of Law. He has earned a BS, MBA, and is currently completing his JD degree. John also serves as a board member of DwellGreen, a company which he co-founded, and the Myakka River Branch of the US Green Building Council’s Gulf Coast Chapter.
Resham Shirsat, LEED AP
Sustainability Management Practice Leader
Resham Shirsat is a LEED accredited professional with extensive experience as an environmental scientist in the environmental engineering and consulting industry. She has successfully conducted large scale remediation projects for government clients such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Her independent implementation and management of an extensive air monitoring and sampling effort for a year-long EPA Superfund project has solidified her skills data collection, analysis,and reporting.
Mackenzie Kaderabek
Sustainability Data Management & Reporting Practice Leader
Mackenzie Kaderabek and her team provide dedicated sustainability data management services to our public and private sector clients. Specializing in data acquisition, organization, analysis, maintenance, and reporting, this team’s role on our sustainability management teams is essential to the overall design, implementation and performance tracking of the Sustainability Management Solutions that we deliver to each of our clients.
Hillary Ellison, LEED AP
Product Design & Supply Chain Practice Leader
Hillary Ellison is a consumer product and supply chain sustainability consultant working in affiliation with EcoAsset Solutions. Hillary has over 15 years experience in industrial design and project management. As a design director at the Michael Graves Design Group and as independent consultant, Hillary designed and managed award-winning consumer product programs for major retailers such as Target and Walmart. In teaming up with EcoAsset Solutions, Hillary combines her consumer product sector experience with EcoAsset’s scientific and technical expertise to serve private sector clients that are focused on greening their supply chain. Hillary holds a Master of Industrial Design degree from Pratt Institute and a Master of Public Affairs degree in environmental policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
John Bertram
Finance and Operations
John Bertram joined the Lykes Bros. corporate finance and accounting team in 1998. In that capacity, John serves as the Financial and Operations Leader for EcoAsset Solutions. John specializes in real estate finance, project management and economic development. His primary role on the EcoAssets team is to provide financial direction and leadership in the areas of planning, budgeting, investing and resource allocation decisions to achieve the goal of long-term profitability in balance with the needs of the environment and community. John earned his bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida in 2002. A graduate of Leadership Highlands and Leadership Tampa, John is committed to being involved and having a positive impact on the communities where he lives and works.
